OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Mr. Sprinkle, Gold Teeth USA, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on February 4, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

Method 1: $10 Upgrade Pass (Paid Entry)

• Purchase a $10 Upgrade Pass at mrsprinklereno.com/tax-time-promo.html
• Complete payment via PayPal
• Receive automatic entry confirmation via email
• Includes bonus perks: $50 grill credit (valid on orders $300+) and priority booking

Method 2: Free Online Entry

• Visit mrsprinklereno.com/tax-time-promo.html
• Complete the free entry form with: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, City/State
• Agree to Official Rules and confirm 18+ age
• Submit form to receive entry confirmation

IMPORTANT: Mail-in entries are NOT accepted. All entries must be submitted online via the official website.

4. ENTRY LIMITS

• One (1) entry per person per method
• Maximum two (2) total entries per person (one paid + one free)
• Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will be disqualified

5. ESCALATING PRIZE STRUCTURE

The prize value increases based on total entries received during the Promotion Period:

• 0-49 Total Entries: Winner receives up to $500 in custom grillz or jewelry
• 50-99 Total Entries: Prize UNLOCKS to $1,000 in custom grillz or jewelry
• 100+ Total Entries: Prize UPGRADES to $2,000 in custom grillz or jewelry

The final prize tier will be determined by the total number of valid entries received by the end of the Promotion Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION

• One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing on February 5, 2025
• Winner will be announced on Instagram @mr.sprinkle_reno and contacted via email/phone
• Winner must respond within 7 days to claim prize
• If winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be selected

7. PRIZE DETAILS

Prize: Custom gold grillz or jewelry valued at $500, $1,000, or $2,000 (depending on final entry count)

• Winner works directly with Mr. Sprinkle to design custom piece
• Includes professional mold kit, materials, and craftsmanship
• Winner must claim prize within 30 days of notification
• Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or substituted
• Winner responsible for any applicable taxes

8. $10 UPGRADE PASS PERKS

Purchasers of the $10 Upgrade Pass receive:

• $50 Grill Credit: Valid on custom grill orders of $300 or more. One-time use. Expires December 31, 2025. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Priority Booking: Expedited scheduling for mold appointments (subject to availability)
• 1 Giveaway Entry: Automatic entry into the Tax Time Icy Upgrade Giveaway

Perks are non-transferable and have no cash value. $10 pass purchase is non-refundable.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received
• Sponsor reserves right to verify eligibility of all entrants
• Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries will be disqualified
• Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules
• Winner may be required to sign affidavit of eligibility and liability release

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for giveaway administration and promotional purposes. By entering, you consent to receive promotional emails from Mr. Sprinkle. You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, website errors, or issues that may prevent entry submission. In the event of a dispute, entries made by the authorized account holder of the email address will be deemed valid.
